Turn On Windows Security Centre Service Message - Microsoft Community


i using clean install version of windows 10.

on booting desktop see 'turn on windows security centre service' message in action centre disappears after few seconds. not using third party security software.

on checking security , maintenance window not see has been switched off. thing have not enabled windows smartscreen.

i have no idea causing behaviour or if bug.

 go apps list , scroll down windows administrative tools, click expand scroll services , click open. in dialogue box opens scroll down security centre, make sure extended tab open, and  click on restart.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
