Win 10 - only limited drag & drop - Microsoft Community


since quite while - might since update - can drag , drop, when both windows side side, not when drag file onto program symbol in task bar. before (and since forever) dragging file onto "symbol" in task bar (don't know how call correctly in  english) made program of destination program open, drop file. no longer works.

not catastrophy, drag , drop 1 of convenient , quick operations in windows. in previous versions of windows standard.

btw: "press esc while holding file mouse" not work.

are others experiencing problem , there fix?

if pressing esc key doesn't help, may try pressing shift key when dragging file , see if makes difference.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
