Windows 10 keeps restarting and would not let me reboot - Microsoft Community

after automatic repairs, nothing blue screen pops up, saying it'll automatically restart. keeps restarting , repeating. have tried win+x not show up. says problem fat_file system. there no hard drives connected laptop when trying this. can not run check disk (chkdsk). not options of trouble shooting or going safe mode. 

please note updated laptop @ 14 or 15 of april 2017

please me out of situation without deleting files.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
