Windows 10 Start-up Sign-in troubles - Microsoft Community

help wanted: 1 windows 10 fail leads another.

after receiving following message 4 (4) times in row following onscreen prompt tried else , encountered new problems.

"we can't sign account.  this problem can fixed signing out of account , signing in.  if don't sign out files create or changes make lost."

i've seen message , complied instructions 4 times morning; - i've seen message , complied instructions no less ten (10) times on past 2 weeks (14 days).  

it seems opening windows 10 opening box of bad chocolates -                                                                                                                                                                                  you don't know going get,  but bad!

so, following suggestion run system file checker elevated permission, got . . . .

results obtained after attempting 

microsoft windows [version 10.0.14393]
(c) 2016 microsoft corporation. rights reserved.

c:\windows\system32>sfc /scannow

must administrator running console session in order to
use sfc utility.

c:\windows\system32>

have lost of photos operating system.  my file names still here when try open them receive notice file not exist.  this upsetting,  so ask you, solution me stable operating system?

ps: further problems encountered while reporting problem - in order post problem required select series of check boxes should narrow community's search appropriate responses query.  one of boxes titled 'windows topics'  unfortunately, in drop-down menu there nothing start-up difficulties need select problem not having , no doubt getting suggestions of little or no value.                   me or microsoft windows 10 operating system devil's spawn?
