Windows 10 UEFI bootloader died completely, with infinite loop

i owned spectre x2 , upgraded wwan module , driver (perhaps windows update, cant figure out)

and suddently computer no longer boot

it shows error 3f0 "boot device not found" (3fo)

i have run hp pc hardware diagnostics ssd , shows has no error @ all.

i have disabled secured boot mode try boot windows 10 usb (created windows 10 media creation tool)

and try fix media usb tool via following script

bootrec /fixboot

bcdboot c:\windows /l en-us /s <boot letter>: all

and @ last, start-up repair, os bootable, but

it requires usb boot!!!

and according easybcd, said using windows 10 usb's bootloader rather 1 should have

all options such reset computer doesn't work

(since pointing bootloader in usb rather own)

now try clean install it

it not possible see

cuz when try run usb, bootloader point ssd's windows (not booting in window 10's installation tool)

if try boot in uefi mode (with secure boot disabled), said "boot device not found"

my question is, how clean install through uefi mode?
