Windows 10 update failed, install from iso worked, but entering to old - Microsoft Community

ive spent of day working this.  i able install latest 64bit iso usb.  it took long long time , in, asked several odd questions, , giant icons, black bar @ bottom , original picture on screen.  when went settings , checked insider asked if had account , gave me option choose one, did, , said needed restart.

it did , @ normal screen waiting enter password. failed before, pressed key , worked.  i logged in, , tried reset colors, , items on task bar.  trying rid of black task bar.  before when changed window color changed bar color too.  but didnt work.  i scrolled down screen , saw new, task bar, , clicked several things off, cortana, , else , clicked icon connection off, , changed!  

my mouse got tiny, bar skinny, , unreadable.. oh set icons small, lol, when tried settings window? never opened, nothing, saw settings icon under start , clicked it, still nothing happened, screen went black, looked machine working. waited.  nothing.  

i turned off, , on , came black screen!  no password, no nothing black screen, , tiny mouse arrow, move over.

so tell me, heck going on!!!!  i need system yesterday..  i dont know how fix this, not clue.  i thought oh lost graphics card, not.  im fine in old os.  so going on?
