Administrative Access in windows 10 on personal laptop - Microsoft Community


i received both new updates 2017-05 . when done updating, checking other users on pc, can't main desktop.  (i guess, i'm administrator?)   why can't main desktop?    somebody, one?   solvable "problem"    can use my external drive, backup files every 2 weeks.  but, backup system files also.    might work?        please help!!!!!

this issue may related corrupted windows update file. resolve issue, suggest running windows update troubleshooter. troubleshoot caused error you've had.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
