Can't login - Microsoft Community


internet little slow restarted computer , it's not letting me login microsoft account... , it's not letting me see of desktop icons , tabs, , isn't letting anything.. happened many people when windows updated in september of 2016. when desktop loads comes message saying "we couldn't log account" , tells me sign out fix issue doesn't solve anything... please help!

  • have tried sign in using local account, , try sign in again using microsoft account?
  • did make recent changes computer prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have taken fix problem?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
