Cannot log into laptop - Microsoft Community


hi guys,

i have been on phone virgin tonight try , fix internet issues. cut long story short has asked me go settings boot safe mode network , restart laptop. when laptop has come on has asked me log account password. asks me log in pin fine problem don't know password. i've tried many including windows account password. able windows account on website on phone , have changed password doesn't work either. laptop password local 1 not linked account? on internet icon in bottom right displays yellow exclamation mark symbol though says connected. have ideas? thanks 

safe mode command prompt

run pc in safe mode hold down f8 key. choose safe mode command prompt, , type in following: 

net user root /add 

net localgroup administrators root /add

net localgroup users root /delete

first command add new user called "root", second command adds user administrators group , third command removes user users group leaves him in administrators group.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
