I have a 32 bit comp with win 10 ,turned it off for 3 wks. wont' - Microsoft Community


have 32 bit machine win 10 os  didn't come product key worked fine until turned off 3 wks , asks product key witch don't have.

for have better understanding issue, please provide answers following questions:

  • how did obtain windows 10? did come preinstalled, through retail store or through upgrade process?
  • did make changes prior turning off 3 weeks?
  • if possible, can provide screenshot or @ least photo of issue?

we wait response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
