clean boot temporarily disables third party applications microsoft non-essential services basic drivers run. find third-party software can cause of issue.

select system configuration from search results.

on services tab of system configuration dialog box, tap or click select the hide microsoft services check box, , tap or click disable all.

on startup tab of system configuration dialog box, tap or click open task manager.

on startup tab in task manager, each startup item, select item , click disable.

close task manager.
