Notification Center Greyed out and not Showing on Taskbar - Microsoft Community


so have windows 10 laptop , want notification center on taskbar. went settings , saw option enable , disable notifications center greyed out says on. isn't because not there (snapshots included). if has problem or knows how fix can please me. thank you.

try pressing win-a ?   related keyboard sequence try is:  win-t, tab, cursor-left (yes, left) , either spacebar (to try open it) or menu (or shift-f10) see right-click menu.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
