Question: Does Microsoft employees ever ask spontaneously that I - Microsoft Community
i got call indian accent, claiming microsoft. telling me have "malicious infectious software" in computer (although there 4 computers , i'm in family restaurant when call came up). telling me needed tell me step-by-step procedure on how remove them. suspicious call. first off, have antivirus program (mcafee) , utility program (glary utilities 5) in computers , on automatic scheduling. also, never asked microsoft issues. call came randomly. guess on how "knew" had issues in computer did allow computer send reports microsoft, don't think warrants microsoft alarm me of sudden threats. i'm pretty sure reports programmers have data on how improve , update programs. , finally, aren't intruding me if they're calling family business?
anyway, @ point, getting suspicious hung up. then, called telling me why did hang on him. have follow "directions." just, what??? going on? he? , microsoft?
