When trying to start windows 10 feedback, Im always requested to login - Microsoft Community

when try use feedback app, i'm requested login in loop. tried switch local firewall off, restarted pc , changed passwords, there still no change. didn't found information issue in event logs , can't when issue occoured first time.

i'm using corporate pc within active-directory environment. logon @ windows domain credentials. (logon microsoft credentials when needed.) windows 10 @ latest version developing options on, no inside builds. have lokal administrator privileges on machine. (needed development.) i'm connected directly internet behind corporate firewall without outgoing restrictions.

although observed behavior on feedback app, i'm pretty sure affect other apps when login microsoft credentials needed.

any ideas?

we want learn more concern. issue persist when try sign in different user? in mean time, let's temporarily disable windows feedback , re-enable it. follow these steps:

1. locate c:\windows\systemapps.
2. right-click windowsfeedback_cw5n1h2txyewy folder.
3. rename without removing original folder name. example: temp_windowsfeedback_cw5n1h2txyewy.
4. try launch windows feedback to verify it's disabled.
5. perform sfc scan.
6. re-enable windows feedback renaming folder it's original file name.
