https://1drv.ms/u/s!am7koopr-7mszl8pa6aelhjjygf4

hi,

both minidumps same.

bugcheck d1, {18, 2, 0, fffff80173f38fa3}
*** warning: unable verify timestamp bridge.sys
*** error: module load completed symbols not loaded bridge.sys
caused : bridge.sys ( bridge+8fa3 ) <- other 1 showed memory_corruption in turn indicated bridge.sys.

bridge.sys windows component means else caused fault.

there no other real in minidumps.

have added new hardware or installed new software before started happen? if either suspect that.

1. check hp support, on-line documentation , drivers, , ask in forums known issues. update bios, chipset drivers, , major on-board , separate device drivers (see driver update methods below).

2. run memory tests (see methods below).

3. as needed use methods in the troubleshooters below.

4. after above if needed run driver verifier to see if can indicate a
cause (see driver verifier methods below).

bccode: d1     0x000000d1

think video drivers though can others. see driver section in
generic bluescreen troubleshooting methods below. bios, low level chipset

drivers, antivirus/antispyway/security programs, , other drivers can
cause this.

bccode: d1   0x000000d1  <-- read link

utility makes easy see versions loaded :

run driverview - set view hide microsoft drivers - update those without
dump in names (and update bios and chipset).

driverview - free - utility displays list of device drivers loaded
on system. each driver in list, additional useful information
displayed: load address of driver, description, version, product name,
company created driver, , more.
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

drivers check system maker fallbacks , device maker's
most current. control panel - device manager - display adapter - write down
make and complete model of video adapter - double click - driver's
tab - write down the version info. click update driver (this may not
ms far behind certifying drivers) - right click - uninstall -
reboot refresh driver stack.

repeat network - network card (nic), wifi, sound, mouse , keyboard
if 3rd party own software , drivers , other major device drivers
you have.

go system maker's site (dell, hp, toshiba examples) (as rollback) and
then device maker's site (realtek, intel, nvidia, ati examples) ,
latest versions. (look bios, chipset, and software updates @ system maker's
site while there.)

download - save - go put them - right click - run ad admin -
reboot after each installation.

check in device manager - drivers tab sure version
installing actually shows up. because drivers rollback before
latest installed (sound drivers particularly this) install driver - reboot
- check sure is installed , repeat needed.

repeat @ device makers - btw at device makers not run scanner -
heck manually model.

manually @ manufacturer's sites drivers - , device maker's sites.

memory tests not catch errors such mismatched memory (possible
sticks that appear identical) , when faster memory placed in system
behind slower memory. so best swap sticks in , out check
if memory tests fail to show problem.

test ram check here - let run 4+ hours or so.  <-- best method
www.memtest.org

memtestx86 - test ram with

windows memory diagnostic tool.

type in cortana's search box ->  windows memory diagnostics
@ top of list - click it. in windows 8/8.1/10 the name "windows memory
diagnostic".

================================================

after doing updates can, , if issue continues, run
driver verifier.

driver verifier can find bsod issues :

using driver verifier identify issues windows drivers advanced users

same).

winkey + x - run - type in -> verifier /reset      hit enter disable

use bluescreenview see if there driver specified in error message.
check with myeventviewer @ time of bluescreen.

if driververifier creates minidump upload , post link here can
analyze it.

hope helps.
