Windows could not start Windows firewall on local computer. Error code - Microsoft Community


i used malwarebytes remove 2 malwares firewall still doesnt start. 

i tried changing permissions of shared access folder. doesnt work

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
