Windows IoT 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB 32bit - Unified Writer Filter - Microsoft Community

on version 1607, os build 14393.0, of operating system windows iot 10 enterprise 2016 ltsb 32bit, tried enable horm feature (hibernate once resume many). followed instructions site: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/commercialize/customize/enterprise/hibernate-once-resume-many-horm-. after typing command "uwfmgr.exe filter enable-horm", system gives error:

the overlay set ram, default configuration. there 1 volume, volume c:. there no errors when configuring power options (powercfg /h on) , unified write filter, until enable-horm command.

can me please answer, why error occurs. if need further details, please let me know, , give you.
