Windows Security - Microsoft Community

i have mycloud drive connected network.  i can open sections except lightroom backup, copy of original files automatically stored when import pictures.  

however, unable open lightroom folder.  see photo below.  when entered mycloud password , denies access.  i've tried microsoft password , doesn't seem work either.  i have never had enter info when accessing before.   can open else on mycloud except this.  what asking , how can shut off?
