2017-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems - Microsoft Community


after update, power settings not work properly.  when goes sleep or hibernates, not wake up.  if select shutdown, shuts down, display.  have hold power button down power off.

how can out , block ever installing again?

this issue occurs due missing or corrupted settings on pc. recommend follow suggestion of amit(kumar) on link possible solution , check if issue still persists.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
