calculator display opens in upper right corner , partially blocks several toolbars.  used able drag , drop display, cant move now.  resizing works ok.

  • did make changes computer? if yes, tell more it.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
