i have tried changing password , have signed in , out several times. please on urgent basis.

also, try these steps press , hold power button until shuts down. turn on computer , in middle of boot process, press , hold power button interrupt it. may have repeat 2 or 3 times until see a please wait message on screen. 

this trigger advanced startup in windows, select see advanced repair options. advanced startup screen, click troubleshoot > advanced options > startup repair.

please advise necessary.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
