Computer's initial password - Microsoft Community


i have 2 computers who, when @ beginning screen, refuse accept password know 1 wrote initially. wrote them down in password book. computers in question are, 1) new hp laptop, , 2) asus "all in one". latter computer did not use password @ leaving password space blank. accepted computer until today, tells me have wrong password.

unless find someway computers, have 2 quite new computers use door stops. can me. way, computers, did not steal them.

there several factors why experiencing issue. better assist concern, need clarify following:

  • kindly send screenshot regards "very beginning screen" referring to. out of box experience or initial windows 10 setup screen. may refer andre da costa's post know more information on out of box experience. (oobe)
  • we know if using microsoft or local account on hp laptop.
  • did link microsoft account using on asus laptop?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
