diagnostic startup - Microsoft Community

my desktop starts-up  i see opening photo screen  with rigt under  the shutdown button , , no internet connection sign , clock button open virtual keyboard.

normally double click mouse on picture screen , box put code windows 10 .

now cannot further  then picture screen,

how can normal start-up situation?

part of post makes no sense please edit properly. 

if have link under password box other sign-in options click on use method.

otherwise use whichever method works accessing advanced startup options in windows 8 , 10 system restore before problem began. 

if fails can access startup settings (what , how use it) safe mode networking access system configuration utility , choose normal startup. 

if fails safe mode work through windows 10 performance , install integrity checklist - microsoft community. 

if else fails can return advanced startup options in windows 8 , 10 to reset windows 10 pc or if necessary clean install windows 10 ,
