Forgot Password - Microsoft Community


my little cousin messed around pc. has disabled in msconfig, can't access pin microsoft account because disabled wifi , ethernet access through msconfig. changed password. user on computer. i using old hp pavillion slimline type forum post , program reset password. have downloaded "password reset program" cd. put in hp 15 notebook pc , try boot bios bios version won't let me. bios version i have f.20. tried access command prompt, not know password admin since has been changed. tried many things , not work. have tried to factory reset and i still can't access it because of admin password. have been working on problem for almost day no sleep. still did not figure problem out.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
