How to get rid of Big black toolbar at bottom of screen (not usual - Microsoft Community

i went bottom left general area of wide toolbar, right clicked, clicked on settings.

a list of items appeared slide each item make selection turn item on or off.

i tried each 1 moving on , off to see if  changing selection did anything.

when got third item dark tool bar appear or disappear when moved selection on or off.

  • when did start encountering issue?
  • have made changes on computer prior issue?
  • have installed third party toolbar application on computer?

we appreciate if can provide screenshot of big black toolbar you're referring to, can identify issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
