Laptop display and monitor will not wake when HDMI cable plugged into - Microsoft Community


i have laptop. lenovo ideapad flex 4-1480 signature edition.

the laptop has display, , laptop connected monitor via hdmi cable.

sleep mode disabled.

screen timeout enabled.

i lock computer. laptop display , monitor both deactivate.

i move mouse , press keys wake monitor. nothing happens on either laptop display or monitor.

if hdmi cable not plugged laptop, laptop display wake intended. problem happens when hdmi cable plugged laptop.

i have remove hdmi cable laptop, wait few seconds, reinsert it, laptop display , monitor wake. again, laptop display wake fine when hdmi cable not plugged in.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
