  • does give error message after entering microsoft account password?
  • did make sure caps lock key not turned on?
  • were able log in computer using same account log in details before?

meanwhile, recommend reset microsoft account password see if work.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
