Newest Updates - Locked Out of Windows Features - Microsoft Community


hello,

i got newest windows update, , features added/turned on not want.  i go disable them through windows services, , unable administrator of own pc make changes.  i'm quite frustrated this, , don't want go through trying break windows run want to.

can tell me how disable windows defender , windows defender security center?  i want no antivirus, no firewalls, no scanners nothing.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
