one High res monitor and one low res monitor - Microsoft Community


i have 1 monitor 3840 x 2160 (4k monitor) , other 1920 x 1440

using dual monitor app creates 1 monitor great looking low res monitor big hard use....

any way fix this?

to try , issue, please follow these steps below:

  1. press windows key or click start, , type , click display settings.
  2. choose display on left side. on right side panel, choose advanced display settings.
  3. the new window should show number 1 , 2 indicates there 2 monitors being detected computer. choose monitor needs have resolution changed , change resolution clicking on drop down option under resolution. please use recommended resolutions. can change later desire.
  4. check issue gets resolved.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
