Restarting - Microsoft Community


my windows 10 has been stuck on restarting screen 6 hours. tried ctr, alt delete, taking out battery , restarting. nothing has helped.

is there else can try?

start system, after manufacturers logo disappears , windows 10 tries boot, press , hold power button down 5 - 10 seconds perform hard shut down

do twice

on third boot attempt, windows boot windows 10 repair environment, there can access startup recovery, safe mode, command prompt . . . etc.

go troubleshoot - advanced options - startup repair, see if fixes issue

if not, go troubleshoot - advanced options - system restore, see if have recent restore point can revert to

if not have recent restore point, go troubleshoot - advanced options - startup settings, click restart.
upon restart press 4 boot safe mode, if can safe mode, backup data, reboot , see if system boots normally



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
