Taskbar Icons won't show up all the time. - Microsoft Community


hi,

when first turn on computer , log on, programs pined taskbar not show up. when open task manager , restart explorer type appear again. please reply.

you may try check startup tab on task manger see if there's software or program causing issue. can run full scan using windows defender make sure device safe. lastly, suggest try run window app troubleshooter well. can check our support site on link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
