Vinglen Connect 9 doesn't turn on - Microsoft Community


hi there,

bought vinglen connect 9 present mum , after setting device , using couple of hours screen turned black , can't turn on tablet. doesn't respond, have tried charge it, connect laptop , wait few hours , try turn on.
have no idea if off or on. experienced same? how bring life?
there way reinstall system?

we suggest contact manufacturer or seller of viglen connect 9 since there no way verify if it's hardware or software issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
