Windows 10 gets hanged frequently - Microsoft Community


hi friends,

in past 1 month windows 10 (hp envy laptop, 64 bit, 750 gb , 8 gb ram) gets hanged. after every hang following error window popup on right side of screen. 'scan drive errors'

help me fix issue.

  • were there changes made before experiencing issue?
  • do have third party security software installed in computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
