looks problem has not been solved on last 2 years. frustrating when on phone call discussing doc , laptop goes sleep requiring further log in. got fix yet?

      - when did issue start?
 - any changes prior concern?
 - does issue happens in battery mode or if it's plugged in?
 
  in mean time, access power & sleep and check if settings correct. access  power & sleep, follow steps below:
      - click windows logo (start button).
 - click gear icon (settings).
 - select system.
 - choose power & sleep.
