Windows 10 won't boot - Microsoft Community


hi people.

windows 10 refusing boot. has been working fine while, upon booting goes black screen cursor , spinning thing.

trolled net tried command prompts, tried resetting, rebooting, booting disk , booting usb. nothing. no repair seems work!!

read people having similar issues, tried replacing there hard drive no avail...

any new ideas out there.

there several factors cause issue. ask following questions know more:

  • were there changes made before issue occurred?
  • were there error messages shown in screen when error appears?

we suggest refer article: troubleshoot black screen or blank screen errors, in resolving issue.

let know update.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
