Windows account verify problem - Microsoft Community


i'm decently handy person when comes computers, cannot wrap head around problem.

my acer laptop windows 10 has problem many applications (cortana voice , search bar won't work, microsoft edge displays error screen, occasional bugs in file explorer). because windows telling me verify account. ok, click bubble when appears, opens window 2 seconds (through microsoft edge presume) , error occurs. 

any idea how fix error or verify account in different way.

also think email , account linked, not laptop , account.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
