need fix error 0x8004027d repair utility

hello patrick,

it possible issue due corrupted or missing driver. please tell more issue.

  • when did issue start?
  • are experiencing issue on specific dvd?
  • did notice system setting changes prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • have installed latest updates windows 10?
  • what current version , build number of windows pc?

to check latest update windows 10, click start button, go settings > update & security > windows update select check updates. if there's missing driver on pc, windows update should automatically download you. click start button, type winver press enter find out version , build number of windows pc.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
