Can't login right after restart - Microsoft Community


i've had new computer couple of months now.  runs windows 10.  have updated version 1607 version 1703 build 15062.332.  beginning, got password error when trying login.  after trying second time work.  first thought bad typist.  occurred me perhaps computer still connecting microsoft account when tried first time.  after updated creator version, problem seems have become worse.  or, perhaps coincidence.  anyway, takes seems few minutes before accept password.  internet via wifi tv/internet cable provider.  fast, don't think that's problem.  normal, or appear symptom of wrong?

created couple more accounts on computer, , far can tell, first account 1 has login issues.  other accounts (local or microsoft accounts) log in fine.  so, looked what's different between first account , rest.  found ms accounts link office, outlook.com, onedrive, skype, , xbox.  later accounts not linked office or onedrive.  focused on onedrive link.  onedrive original account had 12k files , 30gb of data.  decided trim down see if helped.  onedrive has on 2gb of data , under 600 files.  logging in no longer seems problem.  can't problem.  problem seem have gone away.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
