File explorer no longer functioning on Win10 - Microsoft Community


following error when try use file explorer taskbar. file not have program associated performing action. please install program or, if 1 installed, create association in default programs control panel

  • have made changes computer's configuration prior issue?
  • when last able access file explorer?
  • are able open file explorer using windows key + e?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
