I changed the permissions on some important Microsoft Office - Microsoft Community


basically, while noticed microsoft office using large amount of data update without permission, so... thought great idea go task manager , disable few of it's user permissions access internet. 

didn't have effect wanted , couldn't launch program or use windows function uninstall or repair program. instead, uninstalled manually. 

it might important note changed permissions of user account, administrator account , system account. 

however, can't install @ all. there way can reset permissions default?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
