Log in & Create new user issues - Microsoft Community

i having issue creating new user profile windows 10 on sony vaio laptop.

initially once created profile using windows log in getting error 'user profile service service failed sign-in'. fix tried removing profile , creating local profile. upon restarting, received same error message.

having looked in community discussions, saw using 'windows +r' brought user list. did , checked info correct user profile. checked other accounts on there. administrator , in 'homegroup' group, there couple of other profiles had similar names mine software updates in description.

upon closing window, believe prompted log in make changes. when's clicked ok, took me log in screen both administrator profile , other user profile listed. now, has new user profile available. there click administrator profile , still getting user profile service error new user profile not allowing me go further.

i have tried open in safe mode in order system restore i'm being prompted administrator password coming incorrect (it correct have logged account on here it).

so unable system restore, reset or log in profile administrator profile doesn't seem exist more.
