actually installed malwarebytes (not sure version) , same problem described in original post. tried figure out since said known issue , there workaround, couldn't find solution problem. can give me hand please? thank anyway

for better assistance, we'd know following:

  • are trying log in computer?
  • are getting error messages?
  • are using microsoft account or local account when logging in computer?

we're looking forward reply.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
