Unable to shut down PC W10 - Microsoft Community


hello, unable shut down pc , afraid need clean reinstall windows system because of it.

i went through same problem before , reason ended again.

when shut down pc, performs 'log out' instead (the screen goes black, if move mouse log in screen).

i tried the dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth "error: 5 access denied"

if press windows + x i don't see command prompt (admin) rather windows powershell , windows powershell (admin)

because of this, have scanned pc avira , found 2 viruses earlier today, deleted them. 

yet, don't know now, , i'm afraid if force off pc won't turn on again because boot error (i have experienced same thing 6 months ago).

edit.

c:\windows\system32>chkdsk c: /f
type of file system ntfs.
cannot lock current drive.

chkdsk cannot run because volume in use another
process.  would schedule volume be
checked next time system restarts?

what should do?

go power options , make sure sleep turned off.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
