i want change email can download through store , email use doesn't exist anymore.

you have switch local account, add new account use.

the store not permit mix , matching.

start > settings > accounts > info > switch local account.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
