Window 10 starts up but before getting to sign screen stays black - Microsoft Community

two weeks ago computer runing fine. playing usual games , when stared play cs go screen stared have strips go across screen diffenrt colours , computer shut down self , no window shutting down message. restarted computer , seemed fine until tried see if let me play game , same thing happened.

i tried turn on computer again time got threw regular start stuff , when have log in , screen stayed black. have tried think of resetting pc factory settings , nothing changes.

i have looked inside see if there broken components seemed fine.

all fans run , motherboard has lights on , computer doesn't make noise on start up.

anyone have clue ? in advance.

the graphics card may have cause issue. upon checking it, may fine inside, damaged. cpu have on-board graphics card? if yes, kindly try using it. if pc works fine, may need replace gpu.
