Windows 10 froze at starting boot screen goes black out - Microsoft Community


hi everyone. first of hello in community.

i have xps 14(l 421x) model laptop windows 10 pro operating system. have been using windows first time had laptop. had windows 7, 8, 8.1 , windows 10. every version of windows great , improved user experience every new version. have been using windows 10 1 , 1/2 year , working fine , smooth. having problem startup boot screen. after press power button turn on, shows me option go boot screen , after computer blackout. checked booting options , fine. tried resetting pc , did uninstalling vga driver thing still having same problem. can expertise on topic me solve problem.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
