Windows 10 update failure. Admin account lost and hidden and can't - Microsoft Community


log in account couldn't find admin account.. lost , hidden

i'm having hard time synchronize account after administrative account lost , hidden after updated windows 10. cant log in microsoft account change account local account after have no access everything. can't install app, cant run cmd administrator, in short cant move editing registry files on windows. watch tutorials on youtube again lacked of information.

i've done " net user administrator /active:yes"  ,

  1. regedit
  1. hkey_local_machine
to load hive again i'm not admin cant change on laptop..i can't enable or disable things here. pls in mean lot me. hard reset laptop gets worse.

hi prince,

by looks of it, solution can advise reset pc since no longer able open command prompt. suggest backup before performing task make sure won't loose files. started, check article: recovery options in windows 10and refer reset pc section.

let know outcome.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
