Windows IoT Core (BSOD on boot - Stop Code Config File damaged or - Microsoft Community


hi.

i've been using windows iot past couple of months , till now, has worked without issues. 
didn't turn on raspberry pi 3 day , when plugged in today, didn't give output on display , green/yellow led on board remained inactive. replugging started giving bsod (blue screen of death) before raspberry pi restarted show same screen. 

i've tried:
- replacing microsd card. (my current 1 samsung evo+, class 10 - 16 gb.) didn't work. flashed kingston class 10 card , had same effect. 
- changing power source. (current 1 gives out 5v 2a)
- tried reflashing os multiple times.

nothing changed results. i'm guessing raspberry pi somehow damaged or something, don't know how happened when packed away separately in case. didn't find article or forum discussing issue.

help?

i reflashed card windows iot core insider version.
booted got far "setting things up" , crashed green screen of death (bsod insider versions) error being "critical process has crashed."

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
