Windows startup blackscreen issue - Microsoft Community


i'm using windows 10. after logging in black screen cursor appears, please me out asap. thanks

hi,

there several reasons why received black screen error on computer. 1 of these corrupted driver display adapter. troubleshoot concern windows 10, suggest perform steps provided on link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
