change administrator in windows 10 - Microsoft Community


giving current hp laptop family member. need change administrator in windows 10 name & prefer not set ms account.  how do please?

design, administrator accounts cannot renamed unless clean install. alternatively, can create new admin account under name prefer. please refer article below on how create new administrator account.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
